What is covered by Biyahe Buddy reimbursement?
No. Biyahe Buddy will coordinate with our partner rental companies to provide fast and seamless vehicle transfer services. However, the customer will still need to cover the rental cost of the replacement vehicle.
Who is eligible to purchase Biyahe Buddy?
Biyahe Buddy can be purchased by anyone who holds a valid driver's license.
What do I need to claim my benefit?
  • For Car Owners: You must provide you, driver's license, Letter of Authority (LOA), photos of the damaged vehicle, proof of payment, and official receipts of other related expenses.
  • For Renters: You must provide your driver's license, proof of payment, photos of the vehicle before and after the damage, and official receipts of other related expenses.
How many times can I claim my benefits?
You can file multiple claims as long as the incidents occur within your coverage period and your chosen maximum benefit limit has not been exhausted.
How can I claim my benefit?

Can I claim participation fee reduction even if I don't have motor insurance?
No. However, we can still cover the damage costs and medical expenses you incurred.

Vehicle replacement assistance applies only to customers who require emergency transit due to an accident or a dead battery.
